The largest of the 3-stage Sandy Hill development, the central building consists of 193 apartments over 8 levels. The clients’ brief was to create a modern and exclusive resort style facility close to the bay. Boasting communal facilities for the residents, including a swimming pool, fully equipped gym and sauna, function room as well as an onsite convenience store and café.
