Purpose built for the Western Australian Government this 7500sqm modern 4 level office development includes extensive basement carparking, forecourt including a café and tailored end of trip facilities. Outdoor terraces across multiple levels integrate the office spaces with the external environment. The contemporary façade is enhanced by distinctive glazing articulated with feature vertical fins. The design achieved a 5 star NABERS rating.
