This design features a distinctive, modern 4 storey, 5000 sqm strata office building with shared conference facilities, onsite car parking, a standalone restaurant all set in an expansive landscaped area. The prominent feature façade with accent LED lighting provides a focal point within the busy commercial precinct. The innovative design follows through from the street into the building welcoming visitors through a lofty double height atrium incorporating feature wall cladding and lighting.
